5th grade will continue to read nonfiction and identifying how photographs and other text features help us understand what we read.
4th grade will be writing their nonfiction articles with facts that they have read and written in their own words and will be publishing them in the computer lab this week.
3rd grade will be continuing to work on plural nouns and will also be investigating prefixes.
2nd grade will be brainstorming ideas for an ouch story. We will also be using adjectives to help us describe using our senses.
1st grade will be writing how-to papers to give directions for a task. Check out some great craft activities for kids and have your child give you directions using sequence words First, Next, Then, and Last.
